GOVERNMENT will start funding mining programmes for youths to empower them.  

Addressing Tuesday’s post-Cabinet briefing, Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Minister Monica Mutsvangwa said under the initiative, youths will be allotted mining concessions that will be bankrolled by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.
