2025 Anti-Sanctions Musical gala ready to roar

All is set for the 2025 Anti-Sanctions Musical gala, which will take place this Saturday at the Heritage Village, housed within the African Liberation Museum in Harare.

The annual event serves as a solidarity platform, calling for the removal of unilateral sanctions imposed on Zimbabwe by Western nations and their allies.

Organised by the Ministry of Information, Publicity, and Broadcasting Services, this year’s edition will bring together 16 top acts drawn from across the country, promising a night of unity, culture, and powerful performances.

Running under the theme “Inclusive Development through Heritage-Based Innovation and Industrialisation in a Multilateral World,” the gala will celebrate Zimbabwe’s resilience, creativity, and collective spirit.

The star-studded line-up features Andy Muridzo, Agartha Murudzwa, Chief Hwenje, Shantel Sithole, Sasha “Madhuve” Lushomwa, Cello Culture, Jah Master, Clemence Magwaza, Jah Signal, ZRP Band, Simon Mutambi, Iyasa, Sandra “Sandy” Ndebele, Khonangale, Cynthia Mare, and Mbare Chimurenga.
