All Blacks beat France in thriller

Will Jordan scored twice as the All Blacks beat France in a thrilling nine-try Nations Championship opener yesterday.

Jordan’s double, along with tries from Peter Lakai and Cam Roigard (2), secured a bonus-point win for New Zealand. France responded through Damian Penaud, Antoine Hastoy, Theo Attissogbe and Matthieu Jalibert but fell short despite a spirited performance.
The victory gave new All Blacks coach Dave Rennie a winning start, while France will look to bounce back against Australia next weekend. — BBC
