Zimdancehall star Enzo Ishall is set to unveil two new tracks during his performance at the Castle Lager Braai Festival, happening this weekend at Glamis Arena in Harare.

The songs will be officially released before the end of the year, but fans at the festival will get an exclusive first listen.

In an interview with Zimpapers Arts and Entertainment Hub, Enzo Ishall’s team confirmed that preparations are on track.

“Preparations and rehearsals for the Braai Fest are going well. We’ll introduce two new songs to be released before year end. It’s unfortunate that we cannot say the title of the tracks — we want it to be a surprise,” said the chanter’s camp.

The festival, now in its 10th year, has become one of Zimbabwe’s biggest music and food events. After travelling through various cities with its Micro Braai Fest series, the event is returning to the capital for what promises to be a lively celebration of local music, food, and culture. This year’s headline act is Winky D, making a return after his successful appearance last year. He’ll be joined by a long list of crowd favourites including Saintfloew, Nisha Ts, Nutty O, Tamy Moyo, DJ Tira, Heavy K, Ammara Brown, Master H, Quonfuzed, and of course, Enzo Ishall.

Several DJs will also keep the stage busy throughout the day, creating a non-stop entertainment experience for festival-goers. The Castle Lager Braai Fest has grown into more than just a music event. It represents a shared cultural experience, where Zimbabweans from all walks of life come together over music, fire, and food.

Organisers say this year’s edition marks an important milestone.

“Castle Lager proudly marks a decade of hosting the Castle Lager National Braai Festival, set for October 18, 2025,” read a statement from the organisers. “To commemorate this milestone, we have launched an exciting series of 10 Micro Castle Lager Braai events across 10 cities in 10 braai hotspots throughout Zimbabwe, running every weekend leading up to the big day.

“This celebration gives Castle Lager the chance to reach and celebrate with more consumers who come together as friends to enjoy the cherished braai experience.” The Micro Braai Fests kicked off in Mt Darwin in August and wrapped up in Mutare last week. Each stop brought together music lovers, foodies, and brand fans in a lead-up to the main event. Artists are equally excited to take part. The Master H camp said they are fully ready. With thousands expected to attend, a strong musical lineup, and surprises in store, the 10th edition of the Castle Lager Braai Fest looks set to offer a day full of flavour, sound, and celebration.
