NEW YORK. — Sean “Diddy” Combs trial entered a fourth week yesterday.
His ex-lover, only identified as ‘‘Jane’’, testified yesterday.
This is what she told the court yesterday:
“Lovebombing”: Jane testified she felt that “whenever (Diddy) wanted me or (wanted) one of these nights,” the “lovebombing or the persistency would start.” She said they had a fight that continued the next day, when Diddy her messages asking to come over after she stopped responding to him, saying, “That’s my house too,” referring to the house Jane was living in, where Diddy was paying the rent.
Sobriety party: Around that time, Jane testified that she and Diddy went to a hotel for what she described as a “sobriety party.”
Jane said she did not take any drugs during the party, but threw up after having sex with two men. When she told Diddy she’d gotten sick, she said he told her, “OK, that’s good, you’ll feel better now. Let’s go outside.” She testified that she then had sex with a third man and felt “absolutely terrible” at the end of the night. After Jane expressed her frustration over the sobriety party, which she called “traumatic,” Diddy offered to pay three more months of her rent.
Health issues: Jane testified that after the sobriety party, she developed a UTI and a yeast infection. At one point, she said she texted Diddy: “You placed and paid all of these harmful men on me and risked my health.”
