BancABC launches e-banking under one roof

BancABC has unveiled an upgraded digital platform that allows Zimbabweans to open a bank account, access microloans, manage a Visa card, and invest, all without stepping into a branch.

The bank yesterday launched the A360 Super App, an integrated financial platform that combines six key services under the promise _“Bank. Borrow. Pay and Invest all in One App.”

According to BancABC, the new app is open to both existing customers and non-customers, marking a shift from traditional banking to a fully digital, inclusive ecosystem.
One of the headline features is digital account opening. New customers can download the A360

Super App, complete onboarding, and access everyday banking services without visiting a branch.

For existing customers, the app now goes beyond mobile banking. They can manage accounts, transfer money, buy airtime, and at the same time explore loans, investments and wallet services in one place.

“Customers increasingly want the convenience of managing different aspects of their financial lives from one platform,” said BancABC Managing Director, Tawanda Munaiwa

“A360 allows them to open an account, bank, borrow, invest and pay without having to move between multiple platforms or service providers.”

The bank also said Non-customers can use the app to access selected services, including the CashUp Wallet, virtual Visa card, stockbroking and asset management, subject to eligibility.

BancABC said the launch is part of its digital transformation drive and commitment to financial inclusion. By bringing banking, borrowing and investment together, the bank aims to reach customers beyond its traditional branch network.

“The future of financial services is connected, inclusive and driven by customer needs,” Munaiwa added.

“Whether someone already banks with BancABC, wants to open an account or is simply looking for a wallet, a virtual Visa card, an investment opportunity or a microloan, A360 gives them a convenient place to begin.”

Existing A360 users can update the app to access the new features.

BancABC is a subsidiary of Atlas Mara and operates in several African markets.
