MPILO Central Hospital has received a donation of blankets from Heads and Hooves Butchery in a gesture aimed at improving patient comfort while reaffirming the business’ commitment to giving back to the community.
In a post on its social media platforms, the hospital described the donation as a demonstration of the vital role corporate citizens play in supporting public healthcare.
“The donated blankets will go a long way in providing warmth, comfort and dignity to our patients during their stay in hospital.

“Mpilo Central Hospital sincerely appreciates Heads and Hooves for partnering with us to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve,” the hospital said.
It added that the donation underscored the importance of partnerships between the private sector and public health institutions.

“Together, we continue to demonstrate that caring for the community is a shared responsibility.
“We look forward to strengthening partnerships that improve the wellbeing of our community,” the hospital said.
