Bling 4 working on second album

Hip-hop artist, Bling 4, is on a mission to take his music to the next level to connection with his fan base.

Fresh from a successful 2025, Bling 4, is working on his second studio album a continuation of his previous project. Last year, the hip-hop star introduced “Hosanna,” a project that introduced him to the mainstream audience. The project, draw inspiration from Zimbabwe’s rich musical heritage while embracing all aspects of mankind from religion to social influences.

In an interview with Zimpapers, Bling 4’s camp said their goal is to keep the energy between the musician and his fans alive. “This the second album we are working on.

We are moved by the idea of continuously engaging with our growing fan base through music.

“Our debut album managed to give us an insight of how big our fanbase is and we just made a resolution to keep that mass well engaged. “The album is a continuation, we have since embarked on a movement to create a fully Bling4 music kind of a sound and our fans should expect deep story telling, creativity as well as some features from other prominent ZimHipHop artists.

“We had a very successful 2025,for 2026 we are working on an album to be launched at Aquatic Complex Chitwn on the 4th of April.” Bling4’s experiences growing up in the ghetto and navigating failed relationships has been an inspiration to his music, reflecting the harsh realities faced by Zimbabwean youths.

“Our previous album was beyond the genre hip-hop, but a mainstream album. It was not just music it was a celebration of resilience, creativity, and the boundless possibilities of artistic expression.

The album was so unique and it introduced Bling 4 to the mainstream and break the genre barrier, the songs carried a vibrant and versatile sound however maintaining his original sound.

“The message covered all aspects of mankind from religion, ghetto and social stories as well as love and party topics,” he said. A rapper in his own right, he has been in the entertainment industry for the past five years Hosanna was a follow up of his Extended Play “Ghetto Yut” that was released last year.

The album had 10 songs. Songs like “Ndozviripo,” “Zviri Paground,” “Nhamo Dzangu,” and “Munhu Wenyama” provide social commentary on these struggles.

“Hausi Bharanzi” stands out as a breakthrough track, propelling Bling4 into the spotlight within the Zim hip-hop scene and local showbiz industry.
