BOI Breezy is set to drop his second Ep dubbed ‘Tales of Love’ today.
The six-track Afro Pop project features collaboration from Boi Breezy’s brother Jay C , KSG from South Africa and two upcoming artists BG Star and Jozoe.
In an interview, Boi Breezy said the EP was supposed to be dropped in February but some challenges derailed the project.
“There was a time when I doubted if I was ever going to drop this EP because initially it was supposed to drop in the month of love but I failed.
“Recording and promoting your work on your own is not an easy thing.
“I had to sacrifice all that I had towards this project because I didn’t want to disappoint myself and my fans.
“Tales of Love explores the journey of love and it’s not all romantic but it also touches on the pain, sadness, sacrifice and endurance in relationships.
“I also did a gospel track on the EP with Jozoe as that track kept me going in my financial difficulties.
“I’m glad I worked with my brother Jay ‘Actor’ C and KSG from South Africa, their experiences in the industry motivated me to soldier on and to never give up.”
He added:
“It gets darker sometimes when you think you’re all alone in this but when you hear stories of other industry mates, it gives you the courage.
“Visuals of the EP as well as live performances will start in August and I can’t wait to show this significant milestone in my artistic journey.”
