FORMER Highlanders and Chicken Inn goalminder Njabulo”Popo” Nyoni has died.
Nyoni, a veteran of many local football battles, is said to have passed on Thursday with details from his close associates still remaining scatchy.
Nyoni played alongside the likes of Guide Goddard, Ntokokozo Tshuma and Simon Njeleza.
However, a son of one of the local football legends, who can not be named for ethical reasons, confirmed the sad development….
