Multiple homicide suspect has been brought to court this morning following a request by the State.
The State has indicated that Zvitsva was mentally examined and it was established that he’s fit to stand trial before the regional court on the several rape and attempted murder charges he is facing.
The report has prompted the National Prosecuting Authority to initiate proceedings on the non-third schedule offenses as there are indications that he is pleading guilty.
