Breaking: Twenty-four more bodies recovered in Lake Kariba ferry disaster

TWENTY-FOUR more bodies have been recovered this morning.

The bodies were found trapped beneath the vessel.

The Joint Operations Command said members of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces and the Zimbabwe Republic Police sub-aqua units retrieved the 24 bodies during ongoing recovery operations.

Search and recovery efforts are continuing, while authorities are expected to provide further updates as more information becomes available.
