Bopha, bopha, bopha! South African Amapiano sensation Young Stunna is set to ignite the stage at this year’s Bulawayo Shutdown, where he has been unveiled as one of the headline performers.
The award-winning musician, born Sandile Fortune Msimango, is famed for smash hits Adiwele and Bopha. He is expected to share the stage with fellow countryman and hip-hop giant K.O, creating a star-studded South African double act for the annual festive season showcase.
They will perform alongside a formidable roaster of local talent, including Noluntu J, Fab G Mshanakagogo, Bhila, Ma9nine, Insimbi ZeZhwane, Silent Killer, Jnr Spragga, Hulengende, Chillmaster, and fast-rising young star Ngwere Diki at the Ubuntu concert.

The host city’s DJs will also take charge of the decks, with Eugy, Nospa, Keezy, and Prince Eskhosini already confirmed, while organisers say more acts will be unveiled in the coming days.
The event is slated for December 27.
Young Stunna has made his mark in Amapiano with his unique high-pitched vocals and energetic performance style, often described as a “machine-gun flow”. He has collaborated with top producers DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small and has featured on several chart-topping cross-genre tracks, including K.O’s Sete.
