A FORM 4 student, who was recorded bashing her classmate on Friday, has a history of violence and even fought her mother, H-Metro has established.
Stella Chikuse, of Mushumbi High 2 School, is alleged to have been bullying other students while bragging to be possessed with a spirit which makes her very powerful.
In the video circulating on social media, Stella is seen assaulting Samantha at a river bank.
One of the students told H-Metro that other students could not restrain her because they feared they would also be attacked.
“We decided to record the assault considering that Stella has no boy or girl, including the older ones, who can stand up to her at fighting.
“She threatened everyone who wanted to restrain her and we kept a distance.
“She claims to be possessed with some magical power which even her mother runs away from and, at one time, she even fought her.
“Teachers have been overlooking this for some time for reasons we are yet to know,” said the student.
School authorities have since asked parents of both students to report for a meeting today.
Some students, who are victims of bullying, say they have been afraid to report the incidents to school authorities.
Stella and Samantha live in the same Kapembere Village in Mbire in Mashonaland Central.
