Chivayo pledges US$10 000 for injured LSU student

BUSINESSMAN and philanthropist Wicknel Chivayo has come to the aid of a Lupane State University student injured in a road traffic accident, pledging US$10 000 towards his medical treatment.

The intervention could provide a major lifeline for 24-year-old Nkosihlengile Ndlovu, who is based in Gwanda.

Mr Chivayo said the money would be deposited at 8.30am tomorrow, pledging that the payment would be made “without fail”.

“US$10 000 will be deposited TOMORROW MONDAY at 8.30 a.m. in the morning WITHOUT FAIL. Blessed SUNDAY and wishing him a speedy recovery,” he said in a Facebook post.
