Four robbers pleaded not guilty to 20 counts of theft in Bulawayo

FOUR robbers who are facing twenty counts of unlawful entry and theft after they terrorised Bulawayo residents, stealing television sets, fridges, car batteries and tool boxes have pleaded not guilty.

The quartet, John Malunga (28), Menelisi Sibanda (24), Arise Moyo (29) and Fungai Chinjodzi (30), appeared before Bulawayo magistrate, Itai Kagwere, on Wednesday morning.

Malunga, Moyo and Chinjodzi are self-actors while Sibanda is represented by his lawyer Mclean Mahaso of Liberty Mcijo and Associates.

The State represented by Arnold Mudekunye withdrew count 13 stating that the complainant is based out of the country and is unable to attend the court session
