LONDON. – Maybe, Chelsea should call in former winger Joe Cole to work with Alejandro Garnacho.
Because Cole believes there is a brilliant player inside Garnacho who just needs a bit of love and guidance to deliver on his massive potential
In other words, the right blend of carrot and stick. Right now, it is mostly stick that Garnacho is copping from Chelsea fans and some observers.
The Argentine has put in some poor performances recently which seem to have wiped some of his better moments of the season – mainly in the Carabao Cup – from the memories of supporters.
But Cole reckons, with careful management, Garnacho can deliver.
The TNT Sports pundit told the Chelsea Files: “I’d love to coach Garnacho. He’s such a super-talented footballer.
“The sky‘s the limit. He could be anything, he really could.
“I’d love to go through his clips.
“There’s a few technical things he can do better from a coaching performance in both boxes.
“Because he’s not like an old-fashioned winger or a number 10, he’s a wing forward”. – The Sun
