GOSPEL musician Natsai Moyo is not just singing about her faith; she is living it.

A chartered accountant by profession, Neasai is making waves with her six-track album, “Nyengetera,” whose message is premised on persistent prayer.

The musician, who is Pastor Bonnie Deuschle’s former backing vocalist, is backing up this message with a series of charitable acts.

Moyo is translating the themes of her heartfelt worship collection — which includes the title track “Nyengetera,” “Zarura,” “Hurukuro” featuring Shantel Sithole, “Ndauya,” “Show Me,” and “Mutsvene”— into real-world action.

The energetic singer is giving back to the community by donating essential resources and uplifting the lives of the less privileged, primarily in rural areas.

Inspired by her own life journey and the influence of her role model, Pastor Bonnie Deuschle, Netsai said: “Right now, I am focusing on outreach, giving back to the community or rather I would say celebrating my successes with the community.”

“The little success I have accomplished is what I will be sharing.”

Her charitable activities include distributing sanitary wear, groceries and school stationery to rural homes in Buhera.

A firm believer in lively, entertaining gospel music, Natsai said that gospel music should be fun so people can enjoy praising and worshipping God.

She sees herself collaborating with musicians from all over the world as an international gospel artiste within the next few years.
