IS foul-mouthed Malloti crossing the line?
In today’s fast-paced entertainment industry, controversy often outpaces authenticity.
And, it seems a growing number of musicians and socialites are embracing explicit language and provocative visuals sparking debate among fans and social media users.
Swearing has become a way of life for people like Zimdancehall chanter and social media influencer Malloti.
Over the weekend Malloti and her sister were at it again.
Malloti posted a video on her Facebook account uttering words which demeaned another musician Jnr Spragga.
Jnr Spragga and Malloti’s sister, Indica Rose, have a child together.
Malloti said the two were no longer in a relationship.
According to Malloti, Jr Spragga was not there when Indica needed him the most, accusing him of turning his back on both Indica and the child. Malloti penned a letter to Jnr Spragga and his girlfriend Natalie.
Malloti is well known for uttering unprintable explicit language on social media platforms, targeting various music promoters and anyone who crosses her path.
She has insulted the likes of DJ Inno, Nash TV, Tinashe Mutarisi, Passion Java and several others.
Now, questions are being asked —has the use of vulgar words become a shortcut to fame?
Is Malloti crossing the line?
