SOUTH Africa football legend, Itumeleng Khune, says he fears Zimbabwe will cause an upset in their group at the Africa Cup of Nations being played in Morocco.

Speaking after Bafana Bafana defeated Angola 2-1 in their opening match in Group B, Khune who was capped 91 times by Bafana Bafana said, South has to collect maximum points before facing Zimbabwe next week Monday in their final match in group B.

“You know Zimbabwe is a tricky opponent and they always give us a hard time, it is a derby so we have to collect more points when we face Egypt on Friday.

“The Zimbabwe match is a tricky one because they always give a hard time, we have many Zimbabwean players who are in our league, so they know our style of play, so we have to be prepared when we face Zimbabwe.

“I will be satisfied that we face Zimbabwe when we have 6 points, because then we will be comfortable knowing we have qualified for the next stage,” he said speaking on SABC 2 Sport.

Zimbabwe will take on Egypt in their opening match in Group B at the AFCON tournament and their next will see them face Angola on Friday before facing Bafana Bafana next Monday.
