JAH Prayzah’s ‘Ndini Mukudzeyi’ album World Tour is coming full circle.

It rolls into Johannesburg on Saturday in what will be its last foreign stop before ending in Harare, where it started.

It has already triggered a buzz in Jozi.

The early tickets for the show were snapped up a few days after being released.

The show is the brainchild of Rich & Famous Entertainment, fronted by Lovemore Mubaiwa, who are working in conjunction with the artist’s camp.

The organisers said some tickets will be sold at the venue but at a higher price.

Jah Prayzah has been riding high after the success of his latest album with the song ‘Ruzhowa’ being the signature anthem of the collection. At his previous shows here, the lanky musician has drawn full houses and there is a buzz in the City of Gold that this show might break attendance figures.

Jah Prayzah is known for his powerful stage presence and a unique sound that blends traditional Shona music featuring instruments like the mbira and hosho with modern Afrobeat and world music influences.

This Johannesburg stop promises to be more than just a concert.

It’s a cultural celebration and a testament to the artist’s enduring legacy.

South Africa is a crucial stop for the tour, hosting a massive Zimbabwean diaspora alongside a large local audience that embraces pan-African sounds.

The artist’s history of successful collaborations with South African artists like Mafikizolo and Makhadzi, guarantees a high-energy performance.

The ‘Ndini Mukudzeyi’ album tour has already proven to be a global spectacle, cementing Jah Prayzah’s position as a dominant force in African music.

The tour kicked got underway with a massive, sold-out album launch at the Old Hararians Sports Club in Harare.

The event was hailed as a monumental success with thousands of fans witnessing a spectacular show.

The ‘Ndini Mukudzeyi’ tour has traversed the globe, including stops in Toronto in Canada.
