JURORS SHOWN EXPLICIT CONTENT IN COURT

Special agent Joseph Cerciello, a summary witness who has reviewed data relating to messages, travel bookings and payments made in the bombshell trial of hip hop mogul Sean “Diddy’ Combs, testified in the latest chapter of this marathon trial.

During his testimony, jurors were shown several explicit videos of “freak off” sex sessions but these have not been shown to the media or members of the public in court.

Before Christmas 2021, some 50 explicit files were made in just a few days, Cerciello told the court.

· Jurors also heard how a sex worker was in New York around the time Diddy appeared at an MTV ceremony and was also handed a ceremonial key to New York City.

· In messages to an escort agency, Diddy spoke of being a regular and long-time customer and also once complained about an escort not being able to “perform.”

· More messages between alleged victim “Jane” and Diddy were read in court, including one in which she told him she was not a “porn star” or an “animal”, and wanted to stop the freak offs.

· The court also heard details of requirements for intravenous recovery therapy following a freak off.

· And in messages to his then chief of staff, Combs requested 20 bottles of baby oil after running out.

· An ex-girlfriend, who has only been identified as Jane in court, which is not her real name, texted him saying “I don’t want to be f***** and mistreated,” and “I am not a porn star, I am not an animal.”

· She told Diddy she had been through three years of “having to f*** strangers”. She said she was tired and added: “I do not want to do this.”

· In another message, she told him she was “mentally and physically drained” and that she did not want to have sex with strangers “to fulfil your fantasies”.

Diddy is facing five criminal counts one of racketeering conspiracy; two of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and two of transportation to engage in prostitution.

He has strenuously and consistently denied the allegations against him, and pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The jurors hear that in November 2021, Jane whose real name is not being given in court told the hip-hop mogul that she couldn’t wait to hook up with her “favourite person”.

Combs asked if she wanted to see him and an escort, and told her to tell him what she wanted to do and be “explicit”.

She responded in graphic sexual detail.

The defence argues that Jane and Cassie Ventura, another former girlfriend and alleged victim consented to these sexual encounters and were not the victims of sex trafficking.

In one text, Diddy’s former chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, told the hip hop mogul that he couldn’t take Ubers with guests because “that’s when bad s*** happens.

“I didn’t want to hit you with this, it’s not cool, if something happens it would not be good.” SkyNews
