Kadoma Health Emergency Preparedness Centre commissioned

Health and Child Care Deputy Minister Sleiman Kwidini has commissioned the Kadoma Public Health Emergency Operations Centre which was set up by the Ministry of Health and Child Care and Kadoma City.

 

The setting up of the facility was made possible through the support of World Vision Germany and funding from Action Deutschland Hilft under the Strengthening Health Emergency Preparedness, Response and Resilience (SHEPRAR).

Deputy Minister Kwidini, who was representing Health and Child Care Minister Dr Mombeshora, said the facility will help in the fighting diseases, including cholera.

The Government has also commissioned similar facilities in Matabeleland and Manicaland Provinces.
