HARDROCK head coach Kelvin Kaindu says he wants his new team to turn Chahwanda Stadium into their fortress.
The Zambian gaffer recently switched from Dynamos to newly-promoted Kwekwe-based PSL side Hardrock.
“The only thing that I can talk about at this time, it’s really hot in Kwekwe.
“I’m, trying to adapt with others and we are getting there.
“We are still adapting to the conditions just like everyone who is new.
“It’s a new environment ahead of a challenging season.
“It’s a new season for us and everyone. Looking at the infrastructure that we have, it shows that we are ready to compete.
“This means we are here to compete and not make the numbers.”
He added:
“I think it’s a new team and looking at the infrastructure that we have, and the environment, we want to compete, we have a place we call our home.
“Our squad is almost complete and we know who is there who is not in.
“However, we are still working on some player combinations.”
The Zambian coach helped Dynamos survive relegation and won the Chibuku Super Cup.
