KARIBA is set to explode at the end of the month when the resort town hosts the annual Kariba Carnival.
The Carnival will take place between May 29-31.
Carnival Public Relations Manager Edmore Mbonda told H-Metro the event is being organised by Samanyanga Village.
Mbonda said the event was aimed at promoting Kariba as a premier tourist destination and investment hub.
He said those going to attend the carnival will enjoy captivating performances by local and international artists, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Zimbabwe.
“There will be business exhibitions where one can explore exhibits featuring big and small businesses showcasing their products and services,” said Mbonda.
“ There will be engagement with the local community to learn about their traditions and experience the warm hospitality of Kariba.
“There will be great opportunities for networking, collaboration, investment and showcasing Kariba’s unique attractions and experiences, including the promotion of local talent, innovation and entrepreneurship.”
Mbonda invited individuals, businesses and organisations to participate in the Kariba Carnival 2025.
