KHOSI TWALA ON LIFE AFTER WINNING ‘BIG BROTHER TITANS’

KHOSI Twala, the winner of Big Brother Titans, is still basking in the glory of her victory.

Since leaving the house, Khosi has been keeping busy with various projects, including a recent collaboration with KFC for their hit pop-up, Kentucky Town in Bloemfontein.

Khosi credits Big Brother Titans as being a stepping stone to her success.

“My life changed quite a lot,” she told TshisaLIVE I like looking at just being part of the show as a stepping stone. It’s always up to you which direction you want to take, but it’s very exciting because you have been given this opportunity and you can run with it as far as you can. I wouldn’t be here working with one of the biggest brands in the country if it wasn’t for that opportunity.”

Aside from working with big brands, Khosi has her own brand, Active Lifestyle, which she launched in 2023.

She is gearing up to launch its fourth collection.

She’s also set to host a fun run in April in collaboration with her Good Deeds NGO to raise funds for homeless people.

Additionally, she’s set to make a comeback on YouTube with Coffee with Khosi with another series.

What’s kept her going? Her words of encouragement from Biggie’s house have stuck with her.

Khosi recalls a moment in the house when she was struggling, telling Biggie she felt like she was in the jungle.

“He told me to stay strong, that I’m the king of the jungle and I can conquer it.”

The nickname “King” has stayed with her even after leaving the house.

Now as a public figure, Khosi has developed a thick skin and learnt to balance her public and private lives.

“If you have to balance the two, that’s when it becomes stressful, but if your public persona is authentic to who you are, then you don’t have to balance anything.

“Instead of having two different personas, it’s about having boundaries. That way you can be authentic to yourself and your audience.” — Times.
