ZVISHAVANE is about to experience a massive musical takeover as two of Zimbabwe’s top dancehall artists, Killer T and Freeman HKD, are set to headline the Fill Up Radio Park concert tomorrow.
The show, powered by Master Flexx and supported by DJs Flexx and Big T, is expected to bring together hundreds of music lovers.
Both artists will perform with full bands – Freeman with his HKD Band and Killer T with the Hot Property Band.
Killer T, affectionately known as the “Chairman,” said he was excited about the upcoming show. “We’ve been rehearsing very well for the concert. Fans should expect an electric performance, it’s been a long time since we performed in Zvishavane.’’
He added that performing alongside Freeman feels natural. “We’ve been doing shows together for a long time, so we’re used to performing as a duo. It always brings out the best energy on stage.”
The artist urged fans in Zvishavane to show up in their numbers.
“Come out and witness an electric performance. It’s going to be something special.
“Out-of-town shows are important to us because they give us a chance to connect with fans and also see if our music is reaching all the provinces.
‘‘We’ll keep pushing in the industry, more recordings and more tours.”
The two musicians have also been touring the country as part of the City To City bandwagon.
They have a significant fan base throughout the country.
