ZIM Dancehall fans are in for a treat this weekend as one of the local scene’s tried and tested names, Fungai Moyo, popularly known as Fuji Whisky, marks his return with the launch of his much-anticipated comeback album, “Ndoenda”. The eight-track project features hits such as “Maboniboni”, “Two Rooms”, and “Dovi”, showcasing Fuji Whisky’s signature blend of conscious lyrics and infectious rhythms.
The event promises to be an exciting one, with celebrated dancehall heavyweight King Shaddy headlining the launch gig, bringing his high-energy performance and hit-laden catalogue to the Villa Spot stage. Supporting the night will be top-tier DJs Spy, Quick, Zincyard, Eddie, Dhanga, Chitsa Bar and Liquids, setting the tone for a night to remember.

The weekend officially kicks off on exclusive Friday, with crowd favourites, DJs Stixxie and Popinjo on deck duty. Patrons will be treated to an electrifying mix of dancehall, Afro-beats, house, and chart-toppers all night long. The party continues into raw Saturday, a no-holds-barred session that rolls deep into the early hours, headlined by DJs Trizzy and MC Savage from Rusape.
Wrapping up the weekend on a nostalgic note is Super Sunday, where old school vibes will reign supreme, headlined by vinyl spinner DJ Tawaz, who will take patrons through classic moments with old school music.

From Friday to Sunday, it will be a non-stop musical journey as versatile soundmen will be holding it down, delivering a seamless mix of old and new school tracks, setting the perfect mood for partygoers of all tastes. Expect a dynamic blend of genres — from soulful throwbacks to the hottest hits lighting up the charts right now. The venue, situated at Beta Shopping Centre in Dangamvura, wraps up the weekend with an Old School session on Sunday.

Selected DJs will take patrons on a genre-hopping trip across Afro-beats, dancehall, amapiano, sungura and more. The DJs will be spinning from early evening deep into the night, creating an atmosphere that’s both electric and euphoric.

Selected DJs will entertain patrons at the joint situated in Dora from tonight till Sunday, from smooth afro house to thumping club anthems. They will, on Sunday afternoon, jam out old school music.

The refined sound of live Afro-jazz will echo through the venue this weekend as talented musician, WaCharie hosts an intimate listening session for his forthcoming, yet to be titled project. Known for his emotionally rich vocals and lyrical depth, WaCharie will perform live, giving fans a taste of tracks that are still in the creative process. Songs like “Ndakapotsa Ndafa” and “Manzwi Enzara”, and new experimental sounds will fill the night air.

It is all systems go at the watering hole situated at the heart of the city as DJs Smokes, Silbasil, and Nasty will be holding down the fort all weekend long. These spin masters will serve up a sizzling setlist spanning hip-hop, dancehall, amapiano, and club hits that will have the main auditorium bouncing. Vixens will keep the energy high with choreographed dance routines that blend sensuality with showmanship.
