Magaya’s aide granted bail for obstruction of justice

A soldier who is also believed to be Prophet Walter Magaya’s personal security has been granted bail in the matter he is accused of assaulting police officers in his bid to stop the cleric’s arrest.

Tapiwa Felix Chikondo has been granted US$300 and has been ordered to report once a fortnight at Waterfalls Police Station and not to interfere with witnesses until the matter is finalized.

Chikondo is being charged with obstruction of justice and alternatively obstruction of justice.
