MARANGE WALKS OUT! Zimbabwean coach quits Motsepe’s Upington City

Fungai Muderere

ZIMBABWEAN international coach Simon Marange has resigned as assistant coach of South Africa’s Motsepe Foundation Championship side Upington City.

Marange joined the team in July but stepped down on Monday following the sacking of head coach Abram Mongoya.

Upington City acted fast and on Tuesday appointed former Swallows FC coach Musa Nyatama as the new gaffer.

The club now looks to Nyatama to steady the ship and steer them to better results.
