Musician Morgen Dembo is desperate to recover his Toyota Aqua, which was clamped and towed away by city parking officials on Tuesday afternoon.

The eldest son of the late Leonard Dembo expressed his dismay through a viral video posted on Facebook.

Morgen claims he was unfairly treated by the parking officials, who allegedly demanded money from him.

“I am a worried man because my car has been clamped and towed by parking officials in the city centre while I was running some errands. It’s the same car that I received from Sir Wicknell Chivayo, and I don’t know where they took it. At first, they demanded US$20, and later it was US$100,” he shared.

“I can’t afford the amount they are demanding, and I am appealing to anyone who is willing to help me out. I am just a poor guy who was only assisted by Sir Wicknell to get this car.”
