Lyshanda Moyas has arrived in Thailand for the 2025 Miss Universe pageant.
Upon arrival, Lyshanda expressed excitement over the warm hospitality and flawless organisation at the Miss Universe Village.
“The check-in process has been absolutely seamless and truly heartwarming. I’ve settled in well and already feel a strong sense of belonging. The Miss Universe environment is both inspiring and vibrant, and I cannot wait to meet the rest of the queens from across the globe.”
Marking her first-ever international pageant, Lyshanda says the experience feels surreal and deeply fulfilling.
“This being my first international pageant, I’m deeply humbled and profoundly grateful to have been entrusted with the honour of representing Zimbabwe on such a global stage. It is a dream come true, one I hold with utmost reverence and gratitude.”

With contestants from across the continents arriving in Thailand over the weekend, the Miss Universe Village has become a lively showcase of culture, beauty, and anticipation.
As rehearsals, fittings, and cultural activities kick off, Lyshanda is ready to shine on the global stage and make her nation proud.
