MWOS bank on continuity

Castle Lager Premiership side MWOS are banking on continuity going into the 2026 season.

Lloyd Mutasa will lead the technical team again as coach, with Joseph Takaringofa as assistant coach.

Farai Hanyani will be the manager and Tembo Chuma comes in as the goalkeepers’ coach.

Chris Samakweri will be the team manager, among other technical supporting staff.

MWOS ended 2025 as runners-up to champions Scottland in their debut season.

Eyebrows have however been raised after the team lost key players in recent weeks, including Nigel Matinha, Martin Mapisa, Aboubakar Moffat, Salif Cheya, Everson Feremba and Gift Saunyama.

They are however expected to announce new signings in the cming weeks while some may be promoted from the developmental side.
