Nasty C, Eemoh, Kabza De Small to headline Africa Day celebrations in Gweru

South African hip-hop sensation Nasty C and popular DJ and producer Kabza De Small are set to light up Gweru this Africa Day, Sunday, with performances at two separate venues.

Nasty C will headline a show dubbed Midlands Invasion at the iconic Gweru Sports Club, hosted by The New Skhul music stable. He will share the stage with fellow South African artiste Eemoh, supported by local acts including Bagga, Kayflow, Tanto Wavie, Sane Wav, and The New Skhul. Meanwhile, Amapiano sensation Kabza De Small is scheduled to perform at the Culture Centre from 7pm to 9pm. He is expected to stage another performance in Bulawayo at Cosmopolitan later that evening.

This marks the first time these South African stars will perform in Gweru, generating excitement among local music fans eager to experience these rare live shows.

Henry Machingura of The New Skhul stable confirmed that all artistes on the line-up have committed to delivering electrifying performances.
“This is a first-of-its-kind show in Gweru, and as artistes and promoters, we’re committed to bringing the best music experiences to the city,” Machingura said.

“Fans have long wanted to see these international stars live, and now, we’re giving them that chance. Music and culture are inseparable, this event will also provide a platform for cultural exchange and creative collaboration.”
