CHICKEN Inn coach Tonderai Ndiraya is raving about the recent experience he had in Spain.
He said the trip changed his understanding, and appreciation, of the game.

The Gamecocks gaffer immersed himself in a two-week attachment at La Liga side Villarreal.
It’s a journey which marked yet another milestone for one of Zimbabwean football’s most ambitious and fastest-rising tacticians.
Villarreal, affectionately known across the globe as the Yellow Submarine, stand as a titan of European football.
They are particularly revered for their world-class youth academy and meticulous tactical discipline.
They are an institution where long-term vision, elite player development, and cutting-edge coaching methodologies are woven into the very fabric of the club.
They are an ideal laboratory for a coach like Ndiraya, eager to refine his technical edge and tactical depth.
The Zimbabwean mentor was given a front-row seat to the inner workings of this Spanish powerhouse, absorbing the philosophies that have kept Villarreal competing at the pinnacle of continental football.

He also spent three weeks on attachment at Turkish side Kocaelispor.
