PRESIDENT MNANGAGWA attended the ZANU PF National Cell Day commemorations at Dambudzo 1 Cell at Pricabe Farm in Kwekwe.
The ruling party’s First Secretary arrived for the programme around 11am and sat through proceedings led by Dambudzo 1 Cell group chair Cde Liberty Siziba.
The exercise focused on strengthening grassroots structures through intensified membership recruitment and the verification and updating of the party database.
The exercise was running under the theme “Advancing Vision 2030 through Vibrant Cell Structures”.
President Mnangagwa engaged directly at the local level to ensure that he is a registered and verified member for Dambudzo 1 Cell.
He told the gathering that he had come to listen to chairperson of the cell, Cde Siziba.
Also coming to support this cell, which is also home to First Lady Amai Auxillia Mnangagwa and members of the First Family, were members from Dambudzo 2 and 3 cell groups.
ZANU PF cell groups countrywide also undertook the cell restructuring exercise.
