Nyore Madzianike in DAR ES SALAAM, Tanzania
VICE PRESIDENT Kembo Mohadi has visited the Mwalimu Julius Nyerere Leadership (MJNLS) in Kibaha District, Pwani Region, here today.
The school enrols members from various liberation movements across Southern African for courses in leadership development.
MJNLS was established through a joint effort by several Southern African liberation movements, including the Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM), African National Congress (ANC), Mozambique Liberation Front (FRELIMO), Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA), South West Africa People’s Organisation (SWAPO) and the Zimbabwe African National Union-Patriotic Front (ZANU-PF).
The institution aims to equip Pan-African leaders with the skills necessary for sustainable political, socio-economic and cultural development across the continent.
The Vice President is accompanied by Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Deputy Minister Dr Omphile Marupi; INSTAK CEO Ambassador Kwame Muzawazi; Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage Deputy Minister Chido Sanyatwe, among other senior Government officials.
