Nigerian gospel stars expected today

Celebrated Nigerian gospel artists Sunmisola and Ebuka Songs are expected to jet in today ahead of their performance at the Relentless Worship slated for the UFIC Basilica this Saturday.

The duo has been included to promote powerful collaborations with local gospel acts, while the event promises an unparalleled worship experience characterised by spiritual favour and musical excellence.

Organisers have also included an array of local musicians led by Minister Michael Mahendere, Psalmist Hubert C, Worshipper Larry Gunda, Tatenda Masara, Carol Nyakuba, and the UFIC Choir.

Relentless Worship initiative spokesperson, Pastor Prime Kufa, expressed his profound enthusiasm to host the event.

“The arrival of Sunmisola, Ebuka Songs, and their teams marks a significant milestone in our commitment to fostering unity through gospel music.

“Their union with our esteemed local artists embodies the transcendent nature of worship that knows no borders.

“Relentless Worship 2025 is envisioned as a sacred encounter designed to ignite revival and transform lives,” he said.

Minister Michael Mahendere has confirmed his participation at the event where he is also billed to cement his dominance on the local music scene.

The gospel sensation has been receiving rave reviews for his song Messiah and has been on a national tour to promote the hit song.

“As we pour our worship, as we offer adoration, chains will break, and lives will never be the same. Don’t miss your moment of encounter,” said Minister Mahendere.

Pastor Kufa has invited all gospel music lovers to be part of the worship experience which is expected to light up the dormitory town of Chitungwiza.

The gathering which encompasses the whole family, will run from midday until 7pm.
