FIVE Castle Corner fans who returned to Zimbabwe after the ICC T20 World Cup group stages will now be leaving for India on Tuesday courtesy of Delta’s Castle Lager brand.

The fans had only planned and budgeted for the group stages and after qualification to the Super 8 which meant the Chevrons shifting base, they returned home.

“The five super fans will depart from Harare on Tuesday, 24th February 2026, and will travel to Chennai, India, where they will have the unique opportunity to continue supporting the Chevrons as they compete on the international stage. This all-expenses-paid sponsored trip underscores Castle Lager’s dedication to fostering local pride, unity, and shared moments of celebration,” Delta Beverages confirmed in a statement on Monday.

“(We) have always believed in the power of sport to bring people together whilst creating memorable moments with our consumers,” Marketing Director Irimayi Muzorewa said.

“Supporting the Zimbabwe Chevrons in their quest for success on the international stage is a proud moment for us. We believe that every match is a celebration of talent, resilience and national pride, and we are excited to be part of this journey.” Zimbabwe are currently playing West Indies in the first of the group 1 matches.
