ZANU PF First Secretary and President Emmerson Mnangagwa is expected to preside over a Politburo meeting this morning.
Some Politburo members have already started arriving for the session.
The President and First Lady Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa have arrived for the meeting.
Among those who have also arrived are Zanu PF Women’s League Secretary Cde Mable Chinomona; Secretary for External Affairs Cde Simbarashe Mumbengegwi; Deputy Secretary for Youth Affairs Cde John Paradza; Secretary for Security Cde Lovemore Matuke; and Political Commissar Cde Munyaradzi Machacha.
Meanwhile, the revolutionary party is currently conducting a data-capturing exercise of its members. The exercise includes initiatives aimed at growing the economy and ensuring food security at household level, among other issues.
