President Mnangagwa is today expected to preside over the 17th graduation ceremony at the Harare Institute of Technology (HIT), where he will cap 734 graduands.
Of the graduands, 45 percent are female.

The President is expected to confer Master’s and Undergraduate Degrees in various disciplines, including engineering and technology, information science and technology, business and management sciences, industrial sciences and technology, as well as allied health sciences.
HIT Vice Chancellor Professor Quinton Kanhukamwe is expected to outline the institution’s achievements over the past year, as well as its targets and priorities for the current academic year and beyond.
