A property owned by Prophetic Healing and Deliverance (PHD) Ministries, which is led by clergyman Prophet Walter Magaya, is set to go under the hammer following a High Court writ of execution.

According to court records under Case Number SH3294/25, Chinese national Li Xiu Yun successfully sought the sale in execution of the ministry’s rights and title to Stand 168 of Prospect, a 3.84-hectare property situated at 168 Smuts Road, Prospect, Waterfalls in Harare.

The property comprises a hotel facility estimated to be of four-star standard with ancillary facilities, several cluster houses or lodges, and a stadium, all of which have made it a notable development in the neighbourhood.

The impending sale marks a significant legal and financial setback for PHD Ministries, which has, over the years, expanded its footprint through property and business ventures under Prophet Magaya.
