HAVE you ever felt discouraged?
Have people called you names, bullied you when you could not do something or made you feel worthless?
It is not okay to be demoralised. You should also not spend time wishing you were like everyone else or quitting whenever you face a challenge.
The feeling of resignation sets in when you do not believe in yourself.
You sit there with a lot of potential, yet you do nothing because you are afraid. Why not stand up, ignore the critics and push forward?
We are all capable of doing great things — we just need to focus on what truly matters.
Why seek the approval of others when you can reflect on yourself and improve?
Throughout history, many successful people faced rejection before achieving greatness.
In the Bible, David — a young shepherd — bravely fought the giant Goliath.
It was his faith and self-belief that allowed him to overcome the odds.
Believing in yourself does not require money or a crowd of supportive friends.
It starts from within.
In Joshua 1:9, God commands us: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
If God commands us to be strong and courageous, then fear and doubt have no place in our lives.
Stand tall like a tree in the wind.
If you want to achieve great things, believe in yourself.
If you want to leave your mark in the world or prove your critics wrong, tune out the negativity and focus on your path.
Remember this: Fall seven times, stand up eight.
Your confidence and faith are the first steps to everything you were born to achieve.
