Scores turn up at Beitbridge CAB3 public hearing

Scores of Beitbridge residents have turned up at the Lutumba growth point for the public hearing on the constitution amendment Bill number 3.

The residents started arriving as early as 7am with many indicating they dont want to miss out on an opportunity to add their voices.

Matabaleland South youth quota Member of Parliament Tinashe Mushipe is set to lead the proceedings at Lutumba.

Already religious leaders from Beitbridge under the Apostolic Christian Council of Zimbabwe (ACCZ) have thrown their weight behind the Bill.

The religious leaders met on Sunday and declared their supporr at an event attended by the Matabeleland South Minister of Statefor Provincial Affairs and Devolution Albert Nguluvhe.
