ZIMDANCEHALL artiste Seh Calaz is set to headline today’s Health Sector Wellness Festival gala in Gweru.
The Mbare-born musician, whose real name is Tawanda Mumanyi, will share the stage with the Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services (ZPCS) Band during the entertainment showcase, which forms part of the ongoing festival.
Several upcoming local artistes are also expected to perform alongside the award-winning chanter, renowned for hit songs such as Mumota Menyu Muri Kubvira, Tichasangana Kudenga and Ndebvu.
The Health Sector Wellness Festival is being hosted by the Health Service Commission (HSC) in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Child Care.
The annual event has brought together public health sector employees from all the country’s provinces to participate in a range of activities aimed at promoting physical fitness, mental well-being and teamwork.
Participants have been taking part in sporting competitions, aerobics sessions and educational programmes designed to encourage healthy lifestyles while fostering interaction among healthcare workers from across Zimbabwe.
The gala is expected to provide entertainment and celebrate the contribution of health workers participating in the wellness festival.
