SPARTANS stretched their dominance in the Harare Amateur Swimming Senior Championships when they retained the title over the weekend at Les Brown Pool.

The provincial meet is held over two weekends and Spartans, who took the lead from the first weekend a week ago, finished tops with a combined team score of 2 752.

It was a repetition of last year, with Vikings coming in on second position with 1 913 points and Sharks on 1 779 points to finish third.

Dorado Swim Club were fourth, followed by Highlands on fifth place.

Harare Otters and Wild Orcas were sixth and seventh respectively. Dolphins placed eighth while Pirates Zimbabwe finished ninth.

The Falcons and Zimbabwe Masters completed the table, finishing 10th and 11th.
