ZIMDANCEHALL star Enzo Ishall says he has managed to win the hearts of both young and mature fans by investing in his choreography.

The chanter believes that every outing must come with new acts to avoid monotony.

He said this when he performed at the 2025 Chibuku Neshamwari Traditional Dance finals after-party.

“I always make it a point to give my all on stage because that is my office,” he said.

Enzo has transitioned from using a backtrack to performing with a live band.

“Serious musicians should always learn to love and respect what they are doing for a living, especially when it comes to live shows.

“I don’t take fans for granted because I am paying bills with the same money they spend to attend live shows. I always make sure that my act is not predictable wherever I perform, and this has made my job simpler.”

Enzo shared the stage with Alick Macheso and Jah Prayzah in Mutare.

“It’s an honour to be sharing the stage with such giants of the game because they represent serious business for us.

“This inclusion was a great motivator for our camp and we will continue to give it our all wherever we perform as a group.

“I just love my job, which is why we have managed to invest heavily in our stage production.”

He added:

“To be honest, I don’t know where I get this energy each time I take to the stage, the vibe simply comes on its own. We do thorough rehearsals as a team and prepare for each show as it comes.

“We also respect the nature of the crowds we perform for and this has always been the case with us over the years.

“We don’t want to disappoint fans because we value them a lot.”

Having come up through the Chillspot Family, under the guidance of DJ Fantan and DJ Levels, he never looked back after making his big breakthrough with the track “Kanjiva,” which became a club banger and an anthem.

After leaving the Chillspot Family, he continued releasing more hits like “Mhamha,” “Ehe,” and “Tiza,” among others.

He is also part of the City2City Tour led by Freeman.

Other youthful acts included in this initiative are Master H and Killer T.

Recently, they have brought in more female voices, such as Nisha Ts and Tamy Moyo, for variety’s sake.
