“I cannot believe it has been 10 years, a whole decade since the release of my song ‘Made A Way.’
“It just began as a song between my wife and I as we were praying and believing God for the miracle of my son who’s about to turn 11 years-old and this song has taken the world by storm
“There’s been so many testimonies, so many stories about how you were touched by the song ‘Made A Way.’
“l am going on a world tour, that’s right, I’m going across the entire globe singing and sharing the good news about Jesus Christ.
“It wouldn’t be a tour if I don’t come to Zimbabwe, you guys are like my second family.
“l can’t wait to see you there and also in these cities I’ll be having friends coming with me, also singing. It’s going to be incredible, l can’t wait to see you.”
The American gospel artist has performed in Zimbabwe on multiple occasions.
The concert is part of a larger celebration of art and entertainment in Zimbabwe. Greene has had previous successful concerts in Zimbabwe, highlighting his strong connection with the local audience.
His latest concert has been described as a “worship experience” with a focus on faith and music and he wants to inspire and uplift the spirits of those who will attend the shows.
