Eish bafethu, umjolo this week is misbehaving like a drunk uncle at a wedding. Hearts are bleeding, brains are overheating and dignity is on life support. Let’s get into it.
SUMMARY
1. A prophet father unknowingly paid his own daughter for nudes via a fake Facebook account while the family starved.
2) A husband found nude videos of his wife and best friend and is struggling with rage.
3) A woman secretly running a “holy oil” love spell hustle on married men. Bra Binzy responds with humour and practical steps.
PROPHET PAYS HIS OWN CHILD FOR NUDES
. . . Family starves while
daddy sends dollars!
Dear Bra Binzy
My husband, a well-known prophet in Zimbabwe is a dirty cheating low life vermin of the worst kind.
He’s the kind that wears shiny suits and shoes that curl skywards at the toes. We have been struggling financially recently and have sometimes gone to bed without a bite.
We even struggle to pay fees for our kids. Recently, our eldest daughter started having money and paying for everything we need. Since she is still at school, my first terrifying conclusion was that she had found a blesser. I prayed and fasted before confronting her.
The truth was even more sickening than I had imagined. She told me she got the money from her father on Facebook. I couldn’t wrap my head around it.
I knew my man of God was dangerously broke, so the story could not be true. I demanded proof and an explanation.
It turns out my daughter had created a fake Facebook profile and requested her dad as a friend. She downloaded some nudes on the internet and always asked him for money. He would ask for nudes and would pay if she sent them.
Actually, in January she asked him for US$500 claiming she wanted to travel from where she lives here in Zimbabwe to visit him and he sent her the money. Later, she said she couldn’t come and gave a flimsy excuse.
The prophet accepted and continued asking for nudes and sending money when he got them. The nudes are from a porn site. I’m appalled that my daughter knows such sites. Equally, I’m devastated that the prophet has sent my daughter close to US$2 000 in 15 months.
How can he spend so much on a person he has never met when we are suffering like this? This is not the man of God that I married.
The devil has taken over his soul. Help me to get him back and stop my daughter from visiting porn sites.

Bra Binzy responds
Sisi, haa, this is not just cheating. This is spiritual confusion plus WiFi. But don’t lose the plot, your priority is your daughter’s safety.
1. No beatings. No shame. She is still a child who outsmarted a weak man.
2. Gather evidence quietly, screenshots, messages and transactions.
3. Take that evidence to the Child Protection Unit. What your husband did is grooming and your daughter may not be the only victim. That’s criminal.
4. Your daughter needs counselling, not hellfire sermons.
5. Block his access to family money. Let him go minister to his own stomach.
Pray, yes. But also act. God helps those who help themselves.
BEST FRIEND BACKSTAB
. . . Wife and bestie doing adult films behind my back!
Dear Bra Binzy
I have discovered that my wife is sleeping with my best friend. I saw nude videos they have been sending each other when I tried to retrieve stuff that I had accidentally deleted on our laptop.
I asked a computer technician at work to retrieve the stuff and he also got the videos and the nudes. I’m totally devastated because I trust both of them so much.
I haven’t asked her anything. It’s been a week since I discovered this and it’s eating me on the inside. I’m thinking homicidal thoughts and cannot bear to touch her or speak to her.
Help me Bra Binzy before I do something I will regret.

Mfowethu, put the knives down. Your heart is broken, not possessed.
1. Leave the house for now. Distance is medication.
2. Do not confront while angry. You’ll end up trending for the wrong reasons.
3. Keep the evidence but don’t play social media CSI.
4. Decide your future AFTER your mind is calm • Counselling and rebuilding? or • Divorce and peace?
Your value did not decrease because someone else lacks loyalty.
HOLY OIL HUSTLE
. . . My wife is selling “anointing” as love spells!
Dear Bra Binzy
My wife runs women’s prayer groups. I thought they were worshipping. I’ve now discovered she is selling “blessed oil” to married people to make their spouses give them money and stay loyal. Men are lining up because they think it works. I’m shocked. Should I stop her?
Confused Husband, Kwekwe
Bra Binzy responds
Eish! Your wife is not a pastor. She is a spiritual entrepreneur with side hustle policies.
Listen: If she is not sleeping with these men and not exploiting vulnerable people, then this is just capitalism wearing a headscarf.
BUT, if she’s lying, manipulating, or promising miracles, that’s where you draw the line.
Sit her down and say: “I want honesty, not hustle inside our marriage.”
If she listens, you’re safe. If she becomes secretive, mfowethu… prepare Plan B.
