United Bulawayo Hospital marks World Patients’ Day

United Bulawayo Hospital commemorates World Patients’ Day, aiming to celebrate milestones and strengthen community ties.

The event was attended by a diverse group of guests, showcasing the commitment to enhancing patient care in the region, with a focus on newborn care.

The Acting Public Relations Officer, Mr Isaac Nhubu, opened the event with a warm welcome, emphasising the importance of acknowledging the contributions of key figures in attendance.

“It’s imperative to recognise those who are gracing us with their presence today,” he said.
“We at UBH have a remarkable team dedicated to improving the health of our community.”

The event also featured contributions from various stakeholders and partners and was graced by the Provincial Medical Director for Bulawayo Metropolitan, Dr Maphios Siamuchembu.
